If you are looking for maximum results in a one month period our workout of the month is for you. The workout of the month at Challenge Central Fitness normally lasts around 30 minutes and is a combination of cardio, resistance and functional training.ย 

Members usually complete the the workout of the month as many times as possible throughout the month trying to beat times/repetitions.ย
