George

Fitness Instructor

George is a 400m hurdler that has been training for the past 10 years and has competed in high level events from English schools to international level representing Great Britain. George is a qualified level 2 fitness instructor and working towards his level 3 personal training qualification. George works with people aged 16+ that have any sort of fitness or sporting level and is very well known for taking Bootcamp classes.

Niall

Fitness Instructor

Niall is currently a competitive sprinter, qualified athletics coach and training to be a level 3 personal trainer. Niall specialises in working with people to help improve athletics development and mobility. Niall will be seen running classes such as Flex and Flow.

Gemma

Fitness instructor

Gemma is a Level 3 Personal Trainer and Sports Massage Therapist. She has a personal background of representing Great Britain in the heptathlon and a First Class Hons Degree in Sport and Exercise Science. Gemma now enjoys helping others achieve their goals whether these are sport or health and fitness related. Gemma runs a coaching academy for college students, has numerous Personal Training and Sports Massage clients as well as being a lead instructor at Bootcamp classes.

Shay

Fitness instructor

Shay is a level 3 qualified personal trainer and performance coach with the ability to help you with your fitness journey. Shay is an upcoming aspiring athlete who understands the process behind what is required to achieve great results. Alongside working for challenge central, Shay has his own fitness company with he started at age 18 and believes this shows his passion and drive for fitness. Shay is the kind of trainer who focuses a lot on the mental side of training, as well as physical, such as keeping you motivated and consistent. As a coach his favourite motto is “If you do what’s easy, your life will be hard, but if you do what’s hard, your life will be easy.”

Jay

Fitness instructor

Jay has over 20 years’ experience in personal training, strength & conditioning and teaching classes. He has competed at a national level in athletics and as a semi professional football player. Jay runs a successful personal training business around Essex, East and Southeast London and is now bringing that experience to Lee Valley and hopes to help others achieve their health and fitness goals.
